Client Base, History and Quotation Versioning System

Quotation registration and traceability system built for Arquimadera. Before the system, creating quotations was a manual process with no client history, no version control, and no visibility into what had been quoted to whom.

A standalone WebApp was designed to centralize the full flow: it identifies whether the client is new or existing, generates a unique client ID, automatically creates the folder structure in Google Drive, and logs each quotation with its full history. The versioning module allows copying an existing quotation as the basis for a new one, maintaining complete traceability between versions.

The result is a process that used to depend on team memory and now runs on structured data, a searchable history, and automatically organized folders.
