Arquimadera

Work Order Tracking and Prioritization System

Work order (WO) tracking and prioritization system built for Arquimadera, a Buenos Aires architecture and custom furniture studio. A proprietary algorithm evaluates each WO based on project type, scope, and internal production stages, generating a dynamic priority ranking that recalculates automatically every day. When a more complex WO comes in or a deadline approaches, the order adjusts on its own.

Operations are managed through a real-time webapp: the factory consults the ranking, assigns technical architects, and sets production dates backed by real data. Each architect receives their priority by email and logs progress, photos, and notes directly in the app. Everything is automatically archived in the project's Drive folder. If anything changes on-site, any team member can suspend the WO, log the reason, and set a return date — the system recalculates all deadlines automatically.

As the system accumulates data in production, it becomes possible to measure performance by project type, architect, and stage. That analytical layer turns operational tracking into real intelligence about how the company operates.
