Operational Record System

Operational record system built for Arquimadera in Apps Script. Any team member can log problems, decisions, and suggestions directly from a sidebar form, without leaving the spreadsheets they already use. Records are centralized in a three-tab spreadsheet and, after review, automatically inserted into the corresponding official documents. The review process includes an AI layer that supports drafting and structuring entries before final insertion. The result is a structured operational log that previously existed only in team memory.
